The Webmaster, Jerry Schneider, spent his early years in East Hollywood, not far from the old Monogram Studios and the even older Vitagraph and Griffith Studios. He has worked professionally as an accountant, computer programmer, photographer, genealogist, writer, and dance teacher/performer. His love of the movie and television locations led him over twenty years ago to begin searching for the locations, photographing them, researching their history, and writing about them. His work in that field has appeared in Western & Serials, Under Western Skies, Trail Dust, Classic Images, and other magazines, and has even been translated into Italian for publication in Italy. A few years ago, he created the Movie Locations Plus web page and in 1998 he created the Corriganville Movie Ranch web page. Because of this latter page, he became acquainted with Stephen Lodge who was a gunfighter at Corriganville in the late 1950's. Now, through his friendship with Stephen, he has incorporated the words and photographs of Stephen into the web site, Behind the Scenes.
